Refund policy

At MTFIT, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

• If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 90 Days) once the item is returned to us in original condition.

Returns

• You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for sizing issues where stock permits.

• If your preferred size is unavailable, we can issue a store credit instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We will cover all costs associated with replacements or refunds for faulty items.
